Welcome to American Pride Dumpsters! By renting a dumpster from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

1. Services Offered

American Pride Dumpsters offers dumpster rentals for waste removal in Deerfield Beach, and the surrounding areas. Our services are intended for residential, commercial, and industrial customers for the disposal of approved materials.

2. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

Ensuring that the waste placed in the dumpster is suitable and in compliance with local waste disposal laws.

Not exceeding the weight or volume limit specified in the contract.

Do not place hazardous, toxic, flammable or illegal materials, such as:

batteries,

automotive fluids such as motor oil and antifreeze,

asbestos-containing materials,

medical waste such as sharps and contaminated gloves,

pesticides,

fluorescent light bulbs containing mercury vapor,

electronic equipment that could contain hazardous components (e-waste),

paint cans with liquid paint inside them,

pressurized containers such as propane tanks or fire extinguishers. (unless previously agreed).

Ensure that the dumpster is accessible for delivery and collection, without obstructions.

3. Payment

Payment for the dumpster rental must be made in accordance with the amount and conditions described at the time of contracting. The amount will be charged before or at the time of delivery of the dumpster, as agreed.

Prices: Prices are based on the rental duration, type of dumpster and location.

Late Payments: In case of late payment, the customer will be subject to fines and additional fees.

4. Rental Period

Dumpster rental is charged for an initial period of 2 or 3 days depending on the size of the bin. If the customer needs to keep the dumpster for a longer period, an extension must be requested 1 day in advance before the end of the rental period.

5. Delivery and Collection

Dumpster delivery and collection will be made to the addresses indicated by the customer, as long as they are accessible. In the event of an obstruction at the location, the customer will be responsible for ensuring that the location is clear for the proper transportation of the dumpster.

6. Responsibility for Contents

The customer is fully responsible for the contents of the dumpster and for any damage caused to third parties or private property during the rental period. In the event of a violation of any municipal, state or federal law or regulation, the customer will be held legally responsible.

7. Limitation of Liability

American Pride Dumpsters is not responsible for any damage to the property of the customer or to third parties that may occur during the delivery, use or removal of the dumpster, unless caused by the direct negligence of our team.

8. Cancellation and Refund

If the customer wishes to cancel the reservation, he/she must notify the company at least 1 day in advance. In case of cancellation within the stipulated period, the customer may receive a full refund, except for cancellation fees.

9. Changes to the Terms

American Pride Dumpsters reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply to all reservations made after publication.

10. Governing Law

This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Broward County.
